already on student visa and want to apply for masters

I am currently pursuing a one year course of advance diploma in centennial college, Toronto. And i want to apply for Masters in Concordia University, Montreal. Being already here in Canada on student visa, requirements would be different and procedure might also differ of application. I am unable to figure out what are the requirements for me. If anyone can help me out, it would be much appreciated. thanks.
