Hi Guys,
I am wondering if anyone will help me in search for a school in Great Germany that offers computer science with a free tuition fee for undergraduate.
I have this throbbing passion to study it but do not have that opportunity because
1. My country's institution do not offer it with great competence
2. I can not afford the tuition abroad.
I was wondering if any one will help with;
The name of the institution, how to apply and the all the necessities required of me. Thanks
