If I believe I have solved Classical/Quantum Physics, who would I go to?

Seriously, I believe I have done it. I can explain wormholes, entanglement, (Relativistic) instant distance "insensitive" communications. I'm talking milliseconds to the moon! It's not what you thought generally. Some have it nearly there. Essentially, Quantum Physics is extended Classical physics without the knowledge that I have discovered :-)
