¿Cuál es la información correcta? Muestra dos panoramas diferentes. Si es el mismo ranking no debería ser así.

Hola Juan, what you're seeing with the first table is the QS World University Rankings® 2018 with the results narrowed down to show Latin American universities. This is a separate ranking to the regional QS Latin America University Rankings 2018, with a different methodology (You can view the World University Rankings methodology here, and the QS Latin America University Rankings methodology can be viewed here). This means that the results differ somewhat. Hope this helps to clarify.
