Kingston University or Edinburgh Napier University Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management

I'm from Singapore. I am currently debating between Kingston University or Edinburgh Napier University for the Bachelors of Arts in Human Resource Management? Which university would it be better to do the programe? In terms of ranking which university has better rankings?
