Master Thesis Survey [I will donate to charity for every fit response]

Hello everyone! I am a student from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium. I need some help for my Master thesis survey. 
The survey will be regarding online shopping and should only take 5 mins of your time.
As an incentive, for each submission deemed fit, an amount of EUR1 = PHP60 will be donated to an organization supporting children's education.
