Study in Canada with a 2:2

I am a graduate of Computer Engineering here in Nigeria. I finished with a 2:2, an equivalent of 51%. Is there any university in Canada that would admit me for a masters in information technology with such grade? And I heard that before I can get an admission into a university with my grades I would have to undergo a postgraduate diploma. How true is this?
Thanks for your anticipated replies. Cheers

Entry requirements vary widely between institutions but it is true that many leading universities are more strict about who they admit. To find out if you are eligible to apply to a master's program, you'll need to check the entry requirements on the selected university's website.

See our ranking of the world's top universities for computer science and information systems here (bear in mind that the higher up the rankings you go, the higher the entry requirements are likely to be.
