Urgent help needed to complete survey questionnaire

Dear friends and colleagues,
I am conducting a survey on the impact of 'Security' and 'Trust' as factors that influence adoption and use of digital technologies that generate, collect and transmit user data. Anybody who uses digital technologies that cuts across online services for social networking, financial services, medical records, ecommerce, mobile apps, wearable devices, search engines and mobile devices that collect that their data falls under the category of respondents for which I seek their feedback.
