Wanna know back data of 'citation per faculty'

While checking international ranking of my univerity, I found out 'citation per faculty' score is quite crucial for the ranking. QS describes that they normalize the actual number of citation by subject. But I wanna know exact number of citation per faculty or overall citation number by subject to set the goal for each division of my university. Anyone knows how can I find it? or at least those data of Top 10 university like MIT, Stanford, NTU or HKUST?
