How can I fund my study as an international student?

Hello. I am a high school student in South Korea and I've been dreaming about studying abroad since I was a kid. It's a long story but I got so into Africa that I really want to be a part of grand communities who are trying to make developing countries better. I found this amazing university(SOAS) in London that I can both study about Africa and Development Studies but the tuition is so expensive. Cost of living is also expensive. I really really really want to study there but it's expensive and even if I get scholarships from the university it might not be sufficient to fund my studies. What can I do? Is there anyone who can help me?
