I am a non-EU citizen amd i will be studying in Germany.While studying i would like to go abroad to Asia for one semester(Students exchange).Are the foreigners that study in Germany able to join a student exchange program and apply for a scholarship?Or its only for German citizens?Thank you very much beforehand!
