Transfer from an Australian University to a European University

Hi,
I want to do my Masters in Mechanical Engineering in Germany but I do not have 70% in my undergrad which is why I cannot go to Germany for my Masters. I had applied to Australia also on the safe side and had got into a very good university there. Nut, my question is that whether after completing 1-2 semesters in Australia, will I be able to transfer to a German university ? Please let me know if anyone has trasnfered from an Australian University to a European University. I'm basically asking this question because the credit systems are different and will the European Universities accept it ?
