Transfer program from forgein universities to europe

Hey guys, I'm a freshman currently majoring in Internation Business & Management in an international public uni in Danang Vietnam. There's nothing wrong with my uni It's just if it costs the same I want to transfer to Europe in my second year if possible. I was scrolling through some uni in Poland and France offering those programs but it's either expensive or requires a native language proficiency.  I'm still very vague on how good must I be too cause they didn't write specific grades for it if anyone has a brief list and idea on the universities which offer those courses please let me know! thank you so much
