Hi! I can answer from my own experience: you need to get at least 7-8 on ILETS or min 110 points on TOEFL. Without one of those exams, your application will not be considered. I was studying English for 1 year at home and then went to the English course to prepare for ILETS. After getting results I applied for the chosen university.
