When should i apply for CSC scholorships?

I'm from pakistan currently enrolled in BSCS. my current semester is 7th and my bachelor's will complete in july. i want to apply for csc scholorship but i dont know if i should apply now or after completing my degree? kindly guide me.
I believe the school
I believe the school registrar will gladly help you regarding this matter since I think there are other factors that needs to be considered depending on the institution. That's what I did when I was also unsure about my scholarship and being an international student in Manila (https://reedleyschool.edu.ph/international-school-manila/) makes it a lot more complicated in a way that there are more requirements.
