Where to study abroad - France or South Africa?

I have the opportunity at either studying abroad for a month from May-mid June in France or doing a brief study abroad program (8 days long) in South Africa. Which would you do? Why? I am honestly torn and need to here the opinions of others...
Both places are good! I guess
Both places are good! I guess it depends what your priorities are.
If you're going for the serious study experience, then research the university you will be attending. Plenty of information on this site.
If you're going for a holiday/study experience, check out the city you will be in (Cape Town is lovely by the way). It's also worth remembering that South Africa will be approaching winter around that time, but it doesn't get very cold there.
Also, ask yourself which one will be more useful in terms of your aspirations.
