im from pakistan I have done 3 year diploma in associate engineering in electronics I have done b.tech (pass) in electronics technology equal to associative technology program in usa and equals to 14 year education but subjects is min in quantity can I get admission in 3rd year of undergraduate engineering or technology program can u help me for my future studies besause I lost my 2 years I dont wanna waste more time can I get admission in any german and usa university which is affordable and full time scholarship ...
