Admission requirement for Canada undergraduate study of Zoology

My daughter wants to pursue her undergraduate study in the field of animals in CANADA. She would be applying for fall 2021. She is more interested in zoology, animal behavior, conservation etc.
She is holding Indian nationality and now in 10th grade and studying in Kuwait in an Indian school following CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) curriculum. She is studying Mathematics, English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Social Studies and English now in 10th grade.
 
To be eligible for admission in Canada's top universities' undergraduate program, what is the best for her to study in year 11 & 12? We have following options available here in Kuwait.

1. Complete 12th grade in Indian CBSE system
2. Change over to British patterned education after 10th
3. Change over to International Baccalaureate study after 10th

I request this community to please guide me what is the best option for my daughter and what will be the minimum admission requirement for each option.
