Best university for Biomedical Science (BSc), England

Hi!
I'm trying to find a proper university for Biomedical Science (BSc) in England.
I have found some alternatives, but I get confused by sites like "the complete university guide.com",
"theguardian.com", "unistats", and so on.
So I have a question:
"Which university in England is best for Biomedical science (BSc)?
-I have Biology and math, so I can't apply for the universities that requires Biology and chemistry.
-the university has to be accepted by the "Institute of Biomedical Science" and approved by the "Health Professions Council".
