how about studying urban planning,cvil engineering in germany

i am from south  korea. i have a lot of questions. i'm sorry to bother you. 1.in korea,i am in studying at the university(2grade) located seoul. i would like to study in germany for civil engineering,but there is some problems. if i go to germany,what grade can i start? I am 2grade student in Korea and I want to start from 2grade in Germany,too.is this possible?2.Is it easy to find a job in a civil engineering in Germany?it is difficult to find job in a civil engineering in Korea due to Economic recession.how about in germany or europe3.after graduation in civil engineering,generally,which field can i get job?thanks for reading.i look forward to your answer
