I have joined an accredited university in India and am in 1st year of Mechanical Engineering(B TECH) 2013, I want to shift to a ranked university in Australia as a transfer student after completing my first semester or more most 1st year. I am looking for a valued advice about the universities allowing admission under transfer category as well as about the time of application as well as procedure.please advise.......THANX.
