Should I give GRE again with 304 score to get into Top Univs ?

I got 304 (Quant - 156, Verb - 148) in GRE.
I want to get into Masters in Telecom or in Computer Science field.
I know 304 is very less ... But some said that you might get into Top Univs.. But I want more advice.. So should I give GRE again ? Also, can any one please suggest me about a good university where I can get into with this score. Would be a great help !! Thanks in advance

An average score on the GRE is around 600, with many universities requiring better than 600 while some also accept lower scores. My advice would be to take a look at the admissions requirements for programs at universities you're interested in, and if your score is too low for your top choices, consider retaking the test or searching for schools lower down in the rankings.
Some universities do not require the GRE however, so, with a bit of research, you could gain admission to a program which focuses on other qualifications and merits.
