Subjects Required from Applicants

<p>Obviously I am planning to apply for top universities for the faculty of Engineering and/or Technology as an undergraduate.I was wondering what subjects should I study at which level (IGCSE, OL, As, A-level)?
what are the preferred marks to get a schoolarship?
What other certificates required ,for example;IELTS or TOFEL?
Are the ones below enough, should I change plans or should I take additional ones?
Taking in account:
I took IGCSE: Mathematics, Biology,Chemistry,English as a second language, Information and Communication Technology, Business Studies, Accounting and Physics.
I am planning to take A-level Biology 2015 A-level Math 2016.
Universalities I am interested in MIT, Cambridge University, California institute of technology, Stanford university ,Imperial college London and university of Oxford.
I know that is a lot to ask for ,but I really would like to have a chance in all of them.
