Supply chain management for Bachelor's degree or take a more General business course?

Hi, I am planning to study in either Singapore, America or Australia. I want to study Logistics and I would like advice whether I should take Logistics for my Bachelor's degree or should I take a more general course like International Business or start focusing on the Logistics degree immediately for my Bachelor's degree? I would also like to know if there are any official certificates for a Logistician (e.g. CPA or ACCA for Accounting) and from which colleges in those certain countries that I am interested in.
