It really depends on what courses you want to do abroad. For example, in Asia-India is an IT hub and good for engineering and maybe even medicine. Singapore also has a good technology university. Canada is good for language studies and possibly others that I am unaware of, but I definately know that it earned an A grade for its education system and is the desirable route to a good life abroad.
