Master of Emergency and Disaster Nursing

The mission of the master’s degree program is to prepare competent emergency nurses specialists contributing to providing evidence-based care for serious public health problems and for the development of emergency and disaster practice.

Program Objectives:

• To offer experienced nurses the opportunity to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to function effectively as nursing practitioner, supervisor, collaborator, and educator in a wide range of emergency situations and disaster events.
• To prepare experienced nurses to effectively act in accordance with ethical requirements, values and human dignity to all areas of practice.
• To equip the experienced nurses with the required leadership and research skills to improve emergency and disaster nursing practice.
