Law 34/2006, of October 30, on Access to the professions of Lawyer and Court Solicitor, regulates the conditions for obtaining the professional title of Lawyer and Solicitor as collaborators in the exercise of the fundamental right to effective judicial protection. This title is a necessary requirement for membership in the corresponding professional associations.

In order to obtain the professional title of Lawyer, it is necessary to accredit professional training by passing a training course - University Master's Degree in Law - and evaluation, by the Ministry of Justice, through carrying out a theoretical test type test. -practice.
