Along with the development of science and technology, nowadays the field of Accounting has become very important to be mastered as the basis and central for the development of other related branches of science. Thus, the need for accountants worldwide is very high both in companies, industries, and governments. The Bachelor of Accounting Study Program at Nusa Putra University was established in 2018 and is the only study program in the Sukabumi Indonesia region that provides higher education in the field of Accounting including finance, taxation, and auditing. Determination of the profile of graduates of the Accounting Study Program at the University of Nusa Putra based on needs analysis, studies of science and technology, and adopting and referring to the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework (KKNI), the Professional Association of Indonesian Institute of Accountants (Institute of Indonesia Chartered Accountants) and the Competency Standards of Professional Accountants that has been set by the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC), namely the International Education Standard (IES).

 

The Accounting Study Program at the University of Nusa Putra determines the Intended Learning Outcomes (ICLO) based on the determination of the graduate profile based on an analysis of the curriculum foundation (philosophical, sociological, psychological, historical, judicial) through a preparation process that is by theory, research, and application in the accounting field. This curriculum analysis was developed by the field of Accounting competence which refers to the competency-based curriculum (KBK) Kepmendiknas no. 045/U/2002; Higher Education Curriculum (KPT) and the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework (KKNI) Law no. 12 of 2012 and Presidential Decree No. 8 of 2012; National Standards for Higher Education (SN DIKTI) Ministerial Regulation no. 44 of 2015; Permendikbud No. 3 of 2020 concerning National Higher Education Standards (SN Dikti); Permendikbud No. 5 of 2020 concerning Accreditation of Study Programs and Universities, as well as the curriculum of the Accounting Study Program is an adaptation of a professional organization called the Indonesian Accountants Association (IAI) and the Indonesian Bachelor of Economics Association (ISEI). Preparing the curriculum, involves all stakeholders, from lecturers, to graduate users and related experts.

The Information Systems (S-1)  program at Nusa Putra University responds to the burgeoning need for Information Technology in the contemporary business landscape. By designing a curriculum closely aligned with market needs and concentrating on E-Business and Management Information Systems, the program aims to produce graduates who are not only well-versed in technology but also possess a strategic understanding of business operations.

 

The Visual Communication Design (S-1)  program at Nusa Putra University is a fusion of art and technology, equipping students with creative visual communication knowledge and technological skills. Graduates emerge with the ability to seamlessly blend design aesthetics with cutting-edge technology, enabling them to create impactful visual content across various media platforms.

 

Management (S-1)  at Nusa Putra University addresses the dynamic challenges of the contemporary business and management sector. Applying the Tri Dharma of Higher Education and the Nusa Putra Trilogy concept, the program hones real-world skills and fosters character development, preparing students to compete on a global scale.

The Law (S-1) Study Program  at Nusa Putra University, accredited by BAN-PT, stands at the forefront of legal education. The program focuses on adapting to technological developments and globalized legal professions, aiming to produce professional and characterized Bachelors of Law (SH) equipped with practical knowledge and a nuanced understanding of societal needs.

 

Finally, the  Elementary School Teacher Education (S-1)  Study Program, the first education program at Nusa Putra University, responds to the evolving needs of the global era. With disciplines in Science, Social Sciences, Indonesian Language, PPKn, and Mathematics, the program contributes significantly to the development of social balance and community welfare. The program's commitment to educational reforms positions it as a key player in shaping the future of primary education.

Departing from the University of Nusa Putra, the Master of Informatics study program which is the first and only master/postgraduate program owned by the University of Nusa Putra. The Master of Informatics study program at Nusa Putra University was established on October 3, 2019, based on the Decree of the Minister of Research, Technology, and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia No. 922/KPT/I/2019. Based on the decree, this study program is declared to have met the minimum accreditation requirements. The Informatics Masters Study Program offers two concentrations that students can choose from, namely artificial intelligence and cyber security. The number of students registered in the Informatics Masters Study Program to date is 45 people (20 students from the 2019 class and 25 students from the 2020 class). Of these, 11 of them are students with foreign citizenship from various regions such as Afghanistan, Algeria, Cameroon, Madagascar, and Pakistan.
