Aware of the importance of the joint participation of the State and the private sector in the development of public services and, in particular, the provision of infrastructures, the Postgraduate School of the Universidad del Pacifico and the Polytechnic University of Catalonia offer a double certification: the Master's Degree in Regulation of Public Services from the Universidad del Pacífico and the Master's Degree in Infrastructure Management from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia.
