There are risks derived from the characteristics of the environment and working conditions that affect health and safety at work. For this reason, occupational health and safety management must imply conviction in the management of the organization, as well as the need to be included in the economic profitability and social responsibility of all companies. Situation that, during the COVID-19 pandemic, the employer recognized the importance and need to have competent professionals to propose and apply preventive actions in order to protect their workers and guarantee the operation and production of their workplaces.
The Master's Degree in occupational risk prevention, from the perspective of occupational health and safety management, will provide the necessary knowledge to early identify any situation related to the protection of the health of workers, allowing the application of the most appropriate measures, according to the labor reality of the country, where, during the COVID-19 pandemic, the need for professionals trained in handling and coping with risk situations became evident.

The Master's Degree in occupational risk prevention, from the perspective of occupational health and safety management, will provide the necessary knowledge to early identify any situation related to the protection of the health of workers, in order to take more appropriate measures. It will be offered in the Distance or Non-face-to-face mode to give professionals from the interior provinces of the country and professionals from countries in the Latin American region an opportunity.
It is important to highlight that the academic program is of progressive certification, it has a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Services Management, which allows the graduate an additional tool for participation in the labor market.
