The learning and knowledge acquired from this program include: Ability to interpret the socioeconomic, cultural and political problems of the country according to its regional characteristics and determining factors of human development at the family, community and national level, in order to make proposals aimed at solving them; Responsibility in the process of permanent updating in the disciplines and technological tools of their specialty, attending to the thesis of change management and continuous improvement; Ability to learn to learn permanently and autonomously; Holistic ability to interrelate the parts and the whole of an organizational, business and industrial management system and apply it in practice and in turn generate knowledge and competitive advantage; AND Ability to critically analyze and scientifically contrast the models and hypotheses proposed for drawing conclusions and making decisions related to the economic improvement of the country and the business units under their responsibility.
