This flexible, practitioner-focused programme is designed for new or recent graduates from any field. It will equip you with the capabilities to enter or progress business management careers in local and international business.

A 120-point fast-track option is available to graduates with an honours degree or a postgraduate diploma.

A choice of three specialisations will develop capabilities that will enable you to apply analytical and solution-seeking skills to organisational challenges:

  • Human Resource Management*
  • Courses are scheduled in the evenings and within quarter-based teaching term dates to provide flexibility for working professionals.

Admission requirements

4+

You must have completed a relevant bachelors degree from this University with a GPA of 4.0 or higher in 90 points of the most advanced courses taken.

You can also be admitted to the programme if you have completed a relevant bachelors degree from this University and passed 60 points in the Postgraduate Certificate in Business Management with a GPA of 4.0 or higher, provided that the postgraduate certificate has not been awarded. This pathway is only available for the 180-point programme.
