Master's Degree in Leadership and Educational Coaching

The program seeks to develop leadership skills and educational coaching, understanding them as complementary and part of a new educational management model.  The leadership approach is conceived focused on facilitating student learning. Educational coaching promotes deep relationships that, through inquiry and personal discovery, facilitate the achievement of vision, personal and team goals.

OBJECTIVES
The Master in Educational Leadership and Coaching seeks to develop competencies in these areas, understanding both as complementary and part of a new educational management model. Within this approach, leadership is conceived as a multifaceted aspect focused on student learning. And in the case of educational coaching, defined as a deep relationship that, through inquiry and personal discovery, facilitates the realization of the vision, goals, and desires.
