The course focuses on the technologies, tools and methodologies that characterize the fields of internet of things, Big Data, Machine Learning but it is organized in such a way as to give a solid theoretical basis of mathematics, statistics and of course computer science. More specifically, the course prepares the graduate for the labour market, but also for the continuation of studies with a master's degree. In order to let the student apply the concepts learned in class, the course is characterized by the presence of laboratory activities and provides internship opportunities at companies as an integral part of the educational process, thus facilitating the transfer of skills from the university setting to a work setting.
