To be eligible as a regular student, the candidate must meet the general eligibility conditions (section XXVI) of the Educational Regulations for Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies.

Conditions specific to this program

To be eligible as a regular student in the Ph.D. (industrial relations) program, the candidate must:

  • meet the general eligibility conditions (section XXVI of the Educational Regulations) for Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies.
  • hold an M. Sc. (industrial relations) or a diploma adequately preparing for doctoral studies in industrial relations and having included the writing of a research dissertation or research work deemed equivalent by the Committee of higher education.
  • A candidate whose previous training has not been obtained in industrial relations will usually be required to complete preparatory schooling, the content of which will be determined by the Graduate Studies Committee.
  • have obtained, in the 2nd cycle, an average of at least 3.7 out of 4.3 or the equivalent.
