The Master in E-Government is an educational program that provides skills and methodology for the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) dedicated to improving public management.  
Electronic government arises from the need for organizations to make the activities they carry out more efficient and easier, as well as to increase their productivity and improve their effectiveness through the use of ICT.
This postgraduate educational program is based on a conception of the electronic government specialist as a manager with a social vision, with knowledge of the legal framework and public policies of our country, the functioning of the administration with a focus on processes, as well as best practices. in the use of methodologies and Information and Communication Technologies. Therefore, the graduate will have the foundations to function as a public servant capable of directing organizations that guide public policies and services in electronic media.  
This postgraduate course is registered in the  CONAHCYT National Postgraduate System.
Applicants who are accepted to the postgraduate program are not guaranteed access to a maintenance scholarship from the National Council of Humanities, Sciences and Technologies. The assignment will be subject to availability and the criteria established by Conahcyt in the respective calls.

  • Simple copy of the bachelor's degree or degree certificate in the careers of law, computer engineering, computer science, political science, sociology, administration, marketing or economics; as well as those cases in which the academic Board of the program determines it.
  • Original birth certificate.
  • Letter of explanation of reasons to study the program.
  • Present summary of curriculum vitae.
  • Accredit a minimum average of eighty, with original certificate of bachelor's degree.
  • Accredit the competence of reading-comprehension of the English language.
  • Accredit the propaedeutic course.
  • Interview with a member of the Academic Board.
  • Those additional ones that the call establishes.
