In this sense, the Master's Degree in Inclusion and Support for Diversity is based on addressing inclusion from the perspective of the “social model”, understood in three areas of competence: disability, diversity and interculturality. The purpose of the MIAD is the training of human resources specialized in inclusion that are oriented towards disability, sexual diversity, and interculturality based on an inclusive, non-integrationist or welfare approach, focused on the right to an equitable and quality education. for everyone within the framework of the transversal policy of the University and the University Center.
