Bachelor in History

The purpose of the Bachelor in History Program is to train the student as an education professional who has the ability to integrate History with other Social Sciences, with a systematic training that enables him to perform as a teacher in the educational system of the region and the country. This purpose is achieved thanks to the components of disciplinary training, pedagogical and didactic subjects, those of general foundation, the development of teaching practice with social projection and extension, and tools conducive to research. The integration of these aspects enables the solution of problems, and the analysis of particular situations of a disciplinary, interdisciplinary or professional nature,
Overall objective - To train graduates in History with a solid pedagogical, didactic, disciplinary and investigative foundation, with skills to integrate, make flexible and mainstream knowledge, with capacities to perform in formal, non-formal and informal education with citizen commitment, social responsibility, academic leadership, aesthetic sensitivity, and respect for different diversities.
