Master in Education

The Master's in Education Academic Program is an educator training program whose basic perspective is to contribute to the construction of a culture of academic research, training and reflection, around the articulation between disciplines of education, pedagogy, didactics and the sciences. The master's program is programmed so that the student reaches mastery of the essential intellectual elements in four semesters. The existence and denomination of a master's degree in education, which from its different emphases addresses the problem of teaching and learning, is of an undeniable tradition in the national and international context. The scientific knowledge that supports it is relevant to today's societies; For this reason, the formation of an academic community is of vital importance, 
The Master's degree, due to its character of academic activity oriented to the formation and consolidation of research capacity, fosters the articulation between Teaching, Extension and Research. It operates in teaching the processes and results that the groups constitute from their investigations and in the extension applying such results in intervention proposals on the educational reality.
