Master in Food Engineering

In Colombia, Food Engineering is consolidated as an area of ​​knowledge whose training programs and professional practice have full legal recognition. The Master's Program in Food Engineering of the Universidad del Valle constitutes an academic proposal for postgraduate training of human resources, conceived according to international standards and framed in the national reality. Likewise, it is outlined as a tool for active participation in the global processes of opening and modernization of the country and becomes a positioning strategy both in the academic and productive environment of the country in general and of the Colombian southwest in particular.
