Doctor of Management of Coastal and Ocean Resources program aims to produce graduates who are able to master and develop knowledge about typology and dynamics of coastal and marine ecosystems with an ecological system approach and socio-ecological system. This program helps graduates to be able to master and develop knowledge about spatial and temporal planning in the context of coastal and marine ecological systems, measuring carrying capacity and optimizing the use of coastal and marine resources. Graduates also will be able to solve scientific, technological problems in measuring carrying capacity and optimizing the use of coastal and marine resources through conservation and resource utilization approaches, spatial and temporal planning in coastal and marine resource management.

Bachelor’s Degree in IPB University is a four-year program. Since 2005, IPB University has offered the major-minor curriculum that allows students to choose from more than 500 combinations of competencies. This opportunity allows scholars of IPB University to obtain double competencies, even a double degree to enable them to compete in the job market.
